PEACOCK COTTAGE is situated in the quiet residential area of Almond Grove Estate, which is a gated community with 24 hour security.  We have fantastic views over the Simpson Bay area. This estate is centrally located on the island of St.Maarten.

The French side Capital of Marigot is only 10 car minutes, as is the lively area of Simpson Bay, the hub of  yachts, restaurants, casinos and nightlife.

It is a 15 minute drive to the Dutch capital of Philipsburg, where the duty free shopping abounds.

There is a host of world class beaches within 10 minutes drive from our door step, and with 37 beaches on offer in St.Maarten you have a month of exploring to do.
